No. These are spots in our own galaxy map, not names recognized by the International Astronomical Union. The files are yours to keep forever.

No. Your photo turns into stars on your own device. We keep only the star positions and the names you write.

What photos work best?

A clear photo with the whole body in it, ideally from the side. People work too, which is how family constellations are made.
